These terms apply to all agreements between Jeff Creative Studio and the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Quotes and Agreements

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. An agreement becomes binding once client acceptance is received. Changes to the original quote may result in price adjustments.

3. Prices

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on cost levels at the time of the quote. Changes in material costs, wages, or other expenses may result in adjusted pricing.

4. Payment

Payment is made in two instalments:

• 50 percent prepayment before project start
• 50 percent upon final delivery

Payment is due 14 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments are subject to interest under the Danish Interest Act and a reminder fee of DKK 100 per notice.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are agreed individually and stated in the order confirmation. Delays caused by the client may affect the agreed timeline. Delivery is made digitally via email or another agreed method.

6. Revisions and Adjustments

The agreement includes two rounds of revisions. Once the final material is delivered, the project is considered complete. Additional changes are billed at DKK 750 per hour excluding VAT.

7. Support and Maintenance

A 30-day technical support period is included after delivery, covering errors in delivered files or setup. Ongoing support beyond this period can be agreed as a support plan or billed hourly.

Jeff Creative Studio is not responsible for issues caused by third party providers such as hosting or software but is happy to provide guidance.

8. Licenses

Any licenses used in the project (such as Elementor Pro, WP Rocket, Cookiebot) are managed by Jeff Creative Studio as long as the client pays for them. Renewals and functionality are ensured if payment is made on time. Clients may take over license ownership by separate agreement.

9. Newsletter Subscription

By entering into an agreement, the client is automatically subscribed to Jeff Creative Studio’s newsletter. The newsletter includes updates, offers, and information about our services. Clients may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter or by contacting us.

10. Data Storage

Client contact and project information is stored for documentation and service purposes. Data is used internally and never shared without consent. Information is stored for up to five years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act or longer in the case of ongoing collaboration.

11. Rights

All material remains the property of Jeff Creative Studio until full payment is received. Copyrights for creative concepts and drafts belong to Jeff Creative Studio unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

12. Disclaimer

Jeff Creative Studio cannot be held liable for indirect losses including loss of business or profit. The client is responsible for any legal clearance related to the use of delivered material, including trademark rights. We are not liable for errors or losses caused by third party services.

13. Termination

If the client terminates the project after it has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If Jeff Creative Studio terminates the collaboration after project start, the full deposit will be refunded.

14. Disputes

Any disputes will be settled under Danish law at the legal venue of Jeff Creative Studio.
