General

Jeff™ Creative Studio is a creative studio that helps businesses bring their brands to life through graphic design and web development. We turn ideas and identity into clear, consistent solutions – both digital and physical.

We combine strategy, design, development, and communication to strengthen your brand and make your business the obvious choice in an industry where everyone looks the same.

Design and development cover a wide range, and no two projects are alike. Got an idea you want to bring to life? Get in touch and let’s find out if we can make it real.

Jeff™ works with businesses that want to stand out and be chosen in a crowded market. We help new companies launch with a professional presence and support established brands that want to update their identity or improve their communication and visual expression.

Many come to us with something that feels unclear, homemade, or outdated. We help turn that into a cohesive identity that makes it easier for your customers to choose you over the competition.

Jeff™ delivers solutions built from the ground up or developed from your current identity. No templates. No generic design. Everything is shaped around your business, your industry, your services, and your audience.

You get the same quality as the big agencies but with a more personal process and a price point that makes sense for both startups and established businesses.

As a client, you speak directly with the designer behind the studio. That makes the process clearer, more human, and far more consistent from first idea to final detail.

Branding and Visual Identity

A brand identity is not just a logo or a few colours. It’s the foundation for how your business is perceived. It’s the overall personality you meet people with – visually, verbally, and in how you’re remembered.

The identity is built around who you are, what you offer, who you want to reach, and how you stand out in the market. It’s not just about looking professional, but about creating the right feeling with the right people.

A strong identity brings together everything that makes your brand recognisable. It ensures that your brand feels the same whether people find you on your website, on social media, or through your products.

The visual part may include:

  • Logos in multiple versions and formats
  • A fixed colour palette and typography
  • Guidance on layout, image use, and visual style
  • Graphic elements and templates
  • A simple style guide you can easily follow

The verbal part may include:

  • A clear tone of voice that sounds like you
  • Guidelines for how you write and speak
  • A brand story that sets the scene and makes you easy to understand

Examples of deliverables and real life use:

  • Mockups and examples of your brand in use
  • Templates and graphics for social media
  • Brochures, packaging, presentations, and other physical materials
  • Campaign design, rollups, and content that hits the mark

In most cases, we design the full brand identity from scratch. It creates a strong foundation and helps ensure consistency in everything you show to the outside world.

But if your business already has a clear direction or personality, we can work with that. We can design a logo that fits your current expression or refine specific elements like colours, typography, or style.

The key is that the whole thing works together. A strong visual foundation makes future design decisions easier, faster, and more precise. You save time, avoid inconsistent solutions, and come across as more professional and recognisable every time you communicate.

Jeff™ handles both small and large graphic projects like packaging, brochures, presentations, business cards, social media graphics, and rollups.

Each solution is shaped around your context and needs. Often we refine or build on what’s already there to make sure everything you share feels like it’s part of the same brand.

The goal is simple: Whatever you send out should feel clear, consistent, and relevant.

Web Design and Development

Yes. Jeff™ designs websites from the ground up and develops them in the platform that makes the most sense for your business. We use tools like WordPress with CMR, Webflow, and Framer, depending on your needs, goals, and how much flexibility you want.

Some clients need full freedom and backend access. Others just want something that works and is easy to update without technical skills. We help you choose the right setup and make sure your site looks great, converts well, and feels like a natural extension of your brand.

The design doesn’t start in a theme or with a template. It starts with your identity and your goals. We sketch first and build second, so everything connects and works in practice.

Yes, it can – especially if it’s built on a somewhat solid foundation. Many sites can be improved significantly through structure, design, and functionality tweaks without having to start from scratch. But if the site is slow, messy, or technically outdated, a rebuild is often the better solution.

At Jeff™, we offer a free website audit of your current setup. We look at speed, structure, usability, brand expression, and conversion potential and give you an honest take on what can be improved and what should be rebuilt.

Book your free audit to find out if your site needs an upgrade.

That depends on the size of the project and how much needs to be developed along the way. Most websites take between three and eight weeks from first meeting to launch.

A simple site with a few pages and existing content can be built faster. A larger site with branding, features, and content created from scratch takes longer.

At Jeff™, we always start by figuring out what you actually need and what makes sense for your business. That way, you get a clear plan for the process and timeline and we can work efficiently without compromising the result.

SEO and Marketing

Every website built by Jeff™ is created with SEO in mind. That means technical optimisation, a clear structure, relevant keywords, and meta descriptions that make it easy for both people and search engines to understand what your site is about.

If it makes sense for the project, Jeff™ also helps with content strategy, link building, and paid campaigns like Google Ads – so you gain both organic visibility and immediate reach.

Yes, but only for websites built by Jeff™ or for sites that have been technically validated. SEO is not something you set up once and then forget. It requires ongoing updates, adjustments, and insight into what works and what needs to change.

If you already have a website and are unsure whether it’s properly set up for SEO, get in touch. We’ll assess whether it makes sense to continue working with it.

Yes. We plan, design, and set up both digital and physical campaigns – from ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google to posters, flyers, and outdoor materials.

Whatever the platform, the goal is the same: to cut through the noise and create a cohesive brand experience.

Does Jeff™ offer ongoing support?

Yes, primarily for websites developed by Jeff™. If you have an external site, support and maintenance may be available after a technical review. In that case, work is billed by the hour.

Maintenance is about keeping your website running, secure, and up to date on a daily basis. That means taking care of the technical side behind the scenes, so you avoid issues before they happen. If something does go wrong, quick support is available.

A maintenance plan can include:

  • System updates
  • Regular backups
  • Speed optimisation
  • Security checks
  • Emergency support in case of system failure

Yes. You can get ongoing support either through a fixed agreement or on an as needed basis – depending on your setup and where your site was built.

Fixed support plan (for Jeff™ websites only)
If your website was built by Jeff™, you can get a fixed support plan. It covers the most common tasks, so you don’t have to worry about bugs or breakdowns.

The support plan includes:

  • Maintenance and technical operations
  • Minor changes to content or design
  • Security checks and system updates
  • Emergency help in case of issues or downtime

Larger tasks or new features are quoted and billed separately.

Hourly support (for all websites)
If you already have a website or just need help now and then, we also offer hourly support. The site must be technically sound and we need a clear scope before starting.

Hourly support may include:

  • Troubleshooting and technical assistance
  • Content or functionality updates
  • Speed and usability improvements
  • Backups and security
  • Digital sparring and advice

Major changes or structural work are handled as separate projects.

How do I book support?
Book a meeting using the button below. Once you’ve filled out the form, we’ll define the task, expectations, and scope together.

Process and Pricing

At Jeff™, we aim to be as transparent as possible. Not just because you deserve to understand the process, but because it leads to fewer misunderstandings and better results. When everyone knows the direction, it’s easier to create something that both works and feels right.

A project usually begins with either a kick off meeting or a website audit – depending on whether we’re building something new or improving what you already have. We talk about your business, your goals, and the signals you want to send.

The process typically looks like this:

  1. Kick off meeting or audit
We review your current situation and needs. The goal is to identify the right solution and make sure we build on the right foundation.

  2. Project plan and quote
You get a clear plan and a transparent quote, so you always know what the next step is and what it will cost.

  3. Design and development
We turn ideas and strategy into form and function. You’re involved throughout, and everything is built with your brand and goals in mind.

  4. Feedback and adjustments
You’ll have opportunities to provide input. We refine, test, and adjust to make sure the solution feels right and works in practice.

  5. Delivery and onboarding
Once we’re done, we deliver all final materials. You’ll get a proper introduction and help to get everything up and running.

And don’t worry. We keep everything stored. So you always have a backup if something gets lost. Most clients come back when new needs arise, and it’s a time saver to already have a foundation in place. It ensures continuity and makes it easier to grow your brand over time.

Because no two projects are the same. We don’t work with standard packages, and we don’t have a fixed price list. Instead, we listen to what you need, look at the task, and assess it based on scope, complexity, and time.

Some projects involve deep strategy and multiple phases. Others are about solving something concrete, quickly and clearly. And sometimes, the project evolves as we go. That’s why it makes more sense to talk first and find a solution that fits both your needs and our way of working.

We believe transparency and clear expectations create better partnerships. And we’d rather spend our time making something that works than wrapping it in a one size solution.

Then reach out. It doesn’t have to be formal or fully formed – you’re welcome to be curious, unsure, or just want to know if something is possible.

Any question is welcome, and we’ll always give you an honest answer – whether you already have a project in mind or are still figuring out what makes sense for you.
